Last weekend The Admirals went up against the 2023 ECFL runner-up Connecticut Mustangs and won 43-7. The Admirals offense was led by Quarterback Jeff Costa and running backs EJ Isom and Nate Isom who each found the end zone. The receivers made incredible plays look easy with big plays from Drey Williams, George Smith, and Thomas Belin. The defense was stout all game recording three interceptions, a fumble recovery, and 10 plus sacks! Admirals Owner and Defensive Coordinator Peter Kane said after the game “It was a good team win but there are a lot of things we have to work on before week two. The Shamrocks are great team and we can’t make the same mistakes next weekend if we want to win.” The Admirals will go on the road to take on the Malrboro Shamrocks this Saturday night 7pm at Kelleher Field.
