The Admirals traveled to Connecticut to take on an opponent that has always given the team a battle over the years. The Admirals trailed at halftime but Quarterback once again led the way with a great second half performance. Jeff captained multiple late scoring drives which was highlighted by a late score by running back EJ Isom to take the lead. Head coach Eddy Ouellette said after the game “we have a lot to work on, our quarterback wasn’t able to get comfortable in the pocket today and we had some sloppy turnovers. We will need to clean it up if we want to continue to win.” Defensive coordinator and owner Peter Kane had similar remarks after the win “as a defense we allowed too many big plays and the quarterback to make plays with his feet. The defense needs to contain better and that will be something I bring up in film and at practice. Lots to work on for the Raiders game.”
