Your Southern New England Admirals went into a hostile West Roxbury High field and beat down on the Bandits. The Bandits played 3 quarterbacks in this game trying to find a rhythm but were unable to get much going with any of the 3, due to another great team performance by the defense. Tyrone Barge had another huge game with 2 sacks, followed by Dave Valley playing some defense and contributing another 2 sacks himself. The offense had another explosive game with quarterback Thomas Belin completing 87% of his passes and throwing for over 100 yards. Belin was the definition of a dual threat in this one eclipsing 100 yards on the ground as well. He threw for 2 touchdowns and ran for 1 as well. The Admirals were in control for most of the game. Head Coach Eddy Ouellette had this to say after the game “we played well but there were still bad turnovers by the offense. We need to execute better if we want to compete come playoffs.”
