On July 12th the Admirals hosted their 2nd annual Friday Night Lights Camp. The Admirals were joined by coaches and athletes from Xpress Football and Cheer, North Smithfield High School, and Blackstone Millville Regional High School. The weather cleared up right before the start of the clinic and turned out to be an amazing night for all who attended. Over 150 athletes registered to participate, Gino Olaes of Xpress said “each year we hope to continue to build our relationship with the Admirals and grow camps that support our local student athletes.” With great participation through the first two years, the goal is to have over 200 athletes attend in 2025. Over 15 coaches, players, and support staff for the Admirals were in attendance. Head coach of the Admirals Eddy Ouellette reflected on the 2nd year of this clinic “it’s amazing to see all the Admirals players and staff here to support these young athletes. We all remember a coach who made on impact on not only our sports’ career but also journey in life. We aim to play a small part in the growth of the kids who attend these camps.” The Friday Night Lights Clinic will be back in 2025!
